Job Description Critical Care Float Pool RN – Nights | Direct Hire Seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Pool RN to provide clinical support across multiple acute care units. Ideal for ICU/ER nurses who excel in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Schedule Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 3x12 shifts (36 hrs/week) Float schedule based on unit needs Pay & Incentives $33.15–$45/hr (DOE, negotiable) Shift differentials:

• $4/hr after 7 PM
• $0.25/hr after 11 PM
• $6/hr Critical Care differential
