2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

A fast-growing, national USDA food manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance operations in a high-speed production facility.

What You'll Do

* Lead and develop a maintenance team
* Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
* Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
* Improve uptime and equipment reliability
* Support capital improvements and line expansions

What You Bring

* 4+ years food manufacturing maintenance experience
* 3+ years supervisory leadership
* Advanced electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Experience in SQF / GFSI environment
* Ability to read engineering schematics
