Residential HVAC Installer

Location: Kalida, OH (Serving Kalida, Paulding, Findlay & Surrounding Communities)

Pay: $25-$40 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment | Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment and complete system replacements
• Verify proper system operation and performance
• Follow installation specifications and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members
• Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to producing high-quality work
