As the Lead Caregiver-Nanny, you will provide consistent, exceptional care within a safe and nurturing home environment. You'll also play a vital leadership role—guiding and mentoring new caregivers so routines remain aligned and expectations stay clear. Collaboration with parents is an essential part of the position, allowing you to help maintain established rhythms and uphold the family's values.

Here's what we need from you:

• Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience as a healthcare professional, behavior professional or nanny
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and train others
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Dependable, consistent, and committed to longevity with the family

The schedule:

This lead caregiving role offers 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours over the summer months when families typically need more support. We prioritize flexibility, offering afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts that can be shaped around your existing work or school commitments.
