Job Overview LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide evidence-based outpatient mental health services in both in-person and telehealth settings. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and develop collaborative treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes. You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians, and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide outpatient individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Document sessions, assessments, and progress accurately in the EHR system Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians Conduct risk assessments and manage crisis situations following clinic protocols Provide telehealth services in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and HIPAA requirements Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality initiatives Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required Qualifications Psychological assessment and diagnosis Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Treatment planning and progress monitoring Clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth platforms and remote care delivery Multidisciplinary care coordination Ethical and legal standards in mental health Outcome measurement and quality improvement Cultural competence in clinical practice Active state Psychologist license (or license-eligible) Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program Supervised clinical hours meeting state licensing requirements Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards Board certification in Psychology (ABPP) preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
