Bilingual Client Support Specialist

Hiring Immediately If that describes you, we need to talk! What your day will look like: Inbound calls assisting customers by providing information on accounts, setting up payment arrangements. Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. Deliver accurate and timely information to customers, maintaining professionalism and empathy. Review and respond to updates or inquiries related to accounts. Apply appropriate resolutions for account status updates, call routing, system notations, and follow ups. Negotiate and process payments using effective communication and negotiation.
