From depositions through trial, youll take ownership of your cases, refine litigation strategy as matters evolve, and play a key role in delivering impactful results. LITIGATION ATTORNEY | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY Rapidly growing PI firm in Las Vegas is looking for a PI Attorney. Our litigation attorneys are hands-on, strategic, and relentless in pursuing the best possible outcomes for clients. From depositions through trial, youll take ownership of your cases, refine litigation strategy as matters evolve, and play a key role in delivering impactful results. What Youll Do As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation Perform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates Serve as first chair in civil jury trials Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes Qualifications WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV. 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authority Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Benefits & Perks Why is This a Great Opportunity: In addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits: 12 paid holidays annually 10 days of paid vacation annually 6 days of sick leave annually Medical insurance 401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company match Training and continuing education budget Regular firm events Company-issued laptop replaced every 3 years - after 3 years, your work laptop becomes your personal laptop Occasional access to premium event tickets and company suite experiences, based on availability Salary Salary Type : Annual Salary Salary Min : $ 180000 Salary Max : $ 250000 Currency Type : USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
