Immediate Hiring Entry Level WeldersPay- $20-24/hr!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled welder to perform Flux Core Welding on mild steel for the construction of barges. The role involves using MIG and TIG welding techniques, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with a team under the guidance of a supervisor.Shift - 3:30 PM, and 2nd shift is Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM to 12:45 AM.ResponsibilitiesPerform Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding on mild steel.Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Work collaboratively within a team environment under supervision.Engage in fabrication and fitting tasks.Handle welding of stainless, carbon, and structural steel.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland City, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
