As a Principal SoC Architect, you'll be responsible for leading end to end SoC architecture of their chips.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of key SoC blocks and their interfaces
• You’re comfortable making trade-offs under constraints (PPA, schedule, cost)
• You’ve worked with architecture, RTL, firmware, and bring-up teams and across the full life cycle of SoC development
• Experience with PCIe Gen5 or higher, industry standard scale-up / scale-out interconnects, and UCIe integration
• Experience with HBM/LPDDR memory subsystem architecture, bandwidth modeling, and memory controller integration
• Control path design including CPU complex, boot flows, security, power/reset/clocking
• Close collaboration with RTL, firmware, validation, and packaging teams
• Silicon bring-up, debug strategy, and performance tuning

Bonus Points

• Early stage SoC development in a start-up environment
• Experience with chiplet or multi-die SoCs is a strong plus
• Experience with AI accelerators, GPUs, or high-bandwidth networking silicon
