We are hiring Entry-Level Production Associates to assemble small medical products in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. No experience is required, and training will be provided. This position requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while following work instructions.



Responsibilities

• Assemble small components using simple hand tools and materials
• Follow written instructions and quality standards
• Perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• No experience required; training provided
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to perform small, precise handwork
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a clean manufacturing environment

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday
• 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM (4-day work week)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, MA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
