Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Junior

Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Junior Washington, D.C. Overview Enterprise Operations Center Specialist to support mission at the Department of Transportation (DOT) Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The EOC operates 24/7/365, including all Federal Holidays, maintaining continuous visibility and availability of enterprise infrastructure and services. Citizenship & Security Clearance U.S. citizenship required to obtain Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities Perform day‑to‑day activities monitoring systems for events or alerts. Coordinate and manage resolutions of events and alerts. Identify problem areas and coordinate resolutions. Apply technical concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments. Minimum Qualifications U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Minimum 2 years of related experience providing technical support to an enterprise operations center, monitoring and managing enterprise systems and networks using advanced technologies and tools. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with ServiceNow and other enterprise ITSM/monitoring platforms. Networking knowledge of routing, switching, and VPNs. ITIL‑based incident and change management experience. Experience managing vendor escalations and maintaining SLAs. Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA/CCNP, SANS/GIAC or equivalent. Education Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Location Washington, D.C.
