Hourly Compensation Range $16.00 - $18.00 Shift Schedule (2‑week rotation) Week1 Sunday (5:30am–2:00pm) Monday (11:30am–8:00pm) Tuesday (11:30am–8:00pm) Wednesday – Off Thursday – Off Friday (5:30am–2:00pm) Saturday – Off Week2 Sunday – Off Monday (5:30am–2:00pm) Tuesday (11:30am–8:00pm) Wednesday – Off Thursday (11:30am–8:00pm) Friday – Off Saturday (5:30am–2:00pm) Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Options 401K Holiday and Birthday Pay Gym Discounts – Active and Fit Direct Same‑day pay options via third‑party PayActiv* Facility Overview Strong clinical team Long‑term staff Strong census Good reputation Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years of age Clear background check covering last 7 years Compassion for a vulnerable population High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long‑term care setting is a plus Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals and directions Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Responsibilities Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner. Prepare tasteful meals and cook a variety of foods in large quantities. Follow prepared menus and portion control guides; prepare special diets accurately. Record food temperatures for meals; prepare pureed foods. Work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments; maintain sanitizer buckets. Make food presentation appealing to residents; assist with serving meals. Clean cooking areas and serving carts. Report resident care concerns and potential issues to Administrator and/or Director of Nurses. Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff. Supervise staff in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor. Supervise cleaning schedules and ensure compliance. Other Requirements ServSafe Certificate (must obtain and maintain) Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred; stay in good standing with Department of Public Health Physical Demands Standing and/or walking frequently; sitting occasionally; reaching, pushing, pulling; talking and hearing frequently; tasting and smelling frequently; lifting up to 50 lbs frequently; climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling occasionally.
