The facility manages complex, high-acuity cases referred from across the region and maintains dedicated staffing and established protocols to support trauma surgery services.

Massachusetts offers a range of regional attractions and year-round activities for clinicians on assignment, including outdoor recreation opportunities and scenic natural environments distributed across the state.

The trauma surgeon will provide day shift coverage across clinic and OR settings, with 24-hour call responsibilities that include weekend call coverage. Clinicians are required to maintain on-site availability throughout each assigned call period to respond to trauma activations and surgical cases.
