Associate General Counsel (Litigation)Our client is seeking an Associate General Counsel to manage their litigation portfolio. This role is designed for a high-performing attorney looking to transition from a traditional law firm model into a strategic, business-integrated environment. You will take full ownership of litigation strategy, working directly with executive leadership to influence business outcomes and manage diverse real estate and commercial disputes.Compensation and Benefits:$150,000 base salaryMedical, Vision, Dental Insurance401(k)What You'll Do:Manage litigation matters independently from inception through resolution (excluding trial)Draft pleadings, motions, and key legal documentsLead discovery, conduct depositions, and attend hearings and mediationsDrive negotiations and help shape favorable outcomesServe as the point person coordinating with outside counsel on larger or trial-bound mattersPartner directly with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-focused legal guidanceWhat We're Looking For:3-5 years of commercial/business litigation experienceActive member in good standing with the Florida BarStrong hands-on litigation experience with the ability to manage a caseload autonomouslyReal estate litigation experience is a strong plusExcellent negotiation and communication abilities
