Strategic Technician Development Lead

Socket.dev is seeking a Technician Development Program Manager to lead strategy, design, governance, and delivery of technician development programs. You will establish skill standards, progression pathways, and validation processes to ensure technicians perform high-quality repairs and service. You will partner with field leaders, DSMDs, training teams, recruiting partners, and OEMs to build scalable development programs, monitor outcomes, and drive consistent execution across all regions, with #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
