What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care with a client near you
• Follow and document physician orders
• Perform assessments and monitor conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
• Deliver care independently in a home setting

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited RN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not LPN license date).
• Active LPN license (by start date)

Compensation

$29-31/hour (graduated pay scale during residency)
