At Lucas Therapies, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, and a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You'll collaborate with an experienced clinical team dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most while delivering exceptional patient experiences. Your Role Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care New graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive Compensation: $82,000 - 90,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Tuition loan reimbursement Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-paid life insurance Additional voluntary benefit options Workplace Experience & Perks Monday-Friday schedule with work-life balance Strong administrative support Collaborative, patient-first culture Professional growth and leadership development opportunities H2U continuing education resources and live CEU opportunities Employee recognition programs Career advancement within the H2 Health family H2 Health is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
