Working directly with our Director of People Operations, you'll own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration and leave management, and support a variety of other Talent Acquisition and HR functions.You'll partner closely with leaders across the company, from Engineering to Client Success, and help develop recruiting and HR approaches that amplify our company culture. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (roughly 60% of the role) Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offersPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processesProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channelsManage the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate data and pipeline reporting accurateDeliver a candidate experience that reflects our culture, with clear and timely communication at every stagePeople Operations (roughly 40% of the role) Administer HR systems (HRIS), keeping employee data accurate, secure, and compliantAssist all aspects of the employment lifecycle: from offer to offboardingSupport benefits administration and leave managementServe as first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR processesHelp maintain the employee handbook, policies, and internal documentationEnsure compliance with employment and hiring laws, and flag risks earlyIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline both recruiting and People processesQualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations, with direct full-cycle recruiting experienceProven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring across multiple functions (e.g. engineering, sales, G&A)Experience with technical or specialized recruiting requiredExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse), and HRIS (TriNet) preferredWorking knowledge of employment law and hiring complianceMust be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and be extremely organizedMust possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the org chartAbility to say: "I don't know, but I can get that answer for you" and then find the answerAble to work independently (but understand we won't leave you on an island)About WeInfuseCome join our growing company.
