Rick’s RV Center is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated RV Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are motivated by the opportunity to earn based on your performance, this could be the career opportunity you’ve been looking for.

No previous RV or sales experience is required. We provide the training and support you need to learn the industry, develop your sales skills, and succeed.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
• Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals
• To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends (Saturdays)
• Attend RV Shows and location events as needed

Qualifications

• Commitment to superior customer service
• Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  
• Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
