Nursing Supervisor-PEDS

Overview NWA Pediatrics is looking for a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead our Fayetteville nursing team, with occasional travel to support our Pinnacle Hills location. In this role, you’ll oversee scheduling, hiring, evaluations, and performance management, while working closely with our Clinical Operations Manager to support daily operations and team success. This role is a mix of leadership and hands‑on care, with about 2–3 days each week working alongside the nursing team on the floor and 2–3 days focused on administrative responsibilities. Provide support to Clinic Operations Manager. Scheduling/schedule self. Supervision of personnel, including hiring, firing, employee counseling, disciplinary action, timely evaluations of direct reports, monitoring/correcting time punches, approving payroll biweekly, scheduling self in office 2‑3 days per week, and providing coverage for the Business Office. Coordinate education/check‑offs for current staff. Maintain CPR records/schedule training. Work directly with billing department to review CPT and NDC coding to ensure clean claims so that timely filing can occur. Perform duties of Registered Nurse. Schedule self on the floor 2‑3 days per week. Cover employees out of office for vacation, sick time, or medical leave as needed. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing; degree preferred. Current State RN licensure. Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
