Finance Associate

Overseeing all financial activities related to client journeys, the full-time remote Finance Operations Associate will manage invoicing, bill payments, escrow management, and financial audits while supporting Accounts Payable and contributing to financial reporting tasks. Key responsibilities Structure work to support client-facing processes by building and maintaining measurable tasks, checklists, and KPIs Liaise with clients and vendors to manage and complete financial tasks related to business operations Issue client invoices, handle bills, process payments, and regularly audit client escrow accounts Required qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Strong Excel skills; familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and Bill.com is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Excellent business acumen and collaborative skills in problem-solving
