Exterior Cleaning Technician Sparkle Squad – Powell, OH

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour + Tips + Performance Bonuses
Job Type: Part-Time/Flexible (2–3 days per week to start) with Full-Time Growth Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | Overtime Opportunities Available

What You'll Do

• Provide professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
• Perform window cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior services
• Install and remove holiday lighting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
• Safely operate ladders, equipment, and professional cleaning tools
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Represent Sparkle Squad with professionalism and pride

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, or customer service is a plus—but not required
