Real Estate Project Manager Worcester, MA | $55K-$65K (up to $75K for strong candidates) | Full-Time Mission-driven affordable housing organization seeking a hands-on Real Estate Project Manager to support development, renovation, and property management initiatives across a growing housing portfolio. This role will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in managing redevelopment projects, contractor coordination, financing, and affordable housing operations. Responsibilities Manage affordable housing development and renovation projects Coordinate with contractors, architects, lenders, and property owners Support project budgets, schedules, and financing activities Assist with LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit projects Participate in development and redevelopment meetings Support transition of properties from third-party management back in-house Identify and evaluate new development opportunities Qualifications 2+ years of affordable housing project management experience Experience with LIHTC and Historic Tax Credits required Knowledge of Massachusetts affordable housing funding programs Strong Excel, budgeting, and financial analysis skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Benefits Health, dental, life, and disability coverage Retirement plan with employer contribution PTO, sick time, and personal days Opportunity to make a direct impact in the Worcester community Collaborative, mission-driven organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
