Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee customer machine projects from order acceptance through installation. This role is the central point of communication, ensuring our customers and internal teams stay aligned every step of the way. What You'll Do Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, Applications, Purchasing, Logistics, and Service. Coordinate project timelines and proactively identify and resolve potential risks. Maintain accurate project documentation and ERP data throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and customer experience. What We're Looking For Experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. PMP certification is preferred at hire and required within two years of employment. Why INDEX?
