Analyst -Computer Systems Support

Data Analyst

Knowledge of Python, R, or data automation tools. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Analyze, validate, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Follow Apple security, compliance, and confidentiality standards

Generic Manager skills:

• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 a year
