Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channels * Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy * Serve as a product knowledge resource for current and future vehicle offerings and related services * Answer customer questions regarding vehicle features, specifications, reservations, orders, dealerships, service, charging options, and recalls * Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution * Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems * Schedule appointments and assist customers with next steps when needed * Recommend solutions that improve the overall customer experience * Identify customer needs and tailor communication accordingly * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues *Work Distribution:* * Approximately 80% phone support * Approximately 20% chat, email, and case documentation Required Qualifications * 1-2+ years of customer service or call center experience * Experience managing a high volume of customer interactions * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer navigation and typing proficiency * Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes * Professional phone presence and customer-focused mindset * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment Preferred Qualifications * Associate degree or equivalent experience * Help desk, technical support, troubleshooting, or service experience * Basic understanding of electric vehicles and home charging concepts * Experience supporting customers via phone, chat, and email simultaneously Scheduling Requirements Candidates must be available to work within the organization's operating hours, which include: * Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM EST * Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST Schedules may vary based on business needs, and shift assignments can change periodically. *Important:* Candidates with demonstrated high-volume call center experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
