Regional VP of Operations - South | Growth & Excellence

CLEAR is seeking a Vice President, Operations - South to lead airport operations across our South region. You will oversee a large team of frontline staff and general managers, driving security, member experience, enrollment, sales, and profitability.
You will partner with senior airport and internal stakeholders to set direction, develop talent, and ensure execution at scale, with up to 75% travel. The role commands a base salary in the $250k–$300k range plus bonuses and rewards.
