Client Associate

Responsibilities Help support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience Direct contact with sophisticated high and ultra-high net worth clients including executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing (general account queries, service requests, investment orders, distributions, etc.) Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements Maintain a client matrix for scheduling and follow up with clients and prospects Manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results Educate clients on comprehensive account services and capabilities of the team Plan, create and implement team marketing events and marketing materials Qualifications Client service experience within the finance, hospitality or similar industries Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands Preferably already registered and licensed with FINRA - SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor Degree preferred Location Orlando, Winter Park Job Type Full Time Equal Employment Opportunity Statement UBS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
