Your Role:

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident

• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect

• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards

• Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts

• Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and services

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs

• Support a positive, safe, and resident-centered care environment

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois CNA certification required

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Caring, dependable, and professional team player

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of residents

• Reliable attendance and commitment to compassionate resident care
