This position works directly with production, quality, engineering and supply-chain teams to keep critical assemblies moving and production commitments on schedule.Job HighlightsTrack assemblies, components and work orders throughout productionMonitor daily priorities and identify schedule risks or bottlenecksEscalate material shortages, quality holds, tooling and documentation issuesLead production-review meetings and communicate prioritiesCoordinate recovery plans when production falls behindTrack schedule attainment, WIP, throughput and on-time completionMaintain work-order and production-data accuracy within ERP/MRP and MES systemsAnalyze production data to improve forecasting and schedule reliabilityWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or a related fieldTwo or more years of production planning, production control, manufacturing, supply chain or industrial engineering experienceERP/MRP experience and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilityComfortable working directly on a manufacturing floorStrong urgency, ownership and cross-functional communicationAerospace or automotive manufacturing experience preferredU.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility required
