Architectural Designer

You will play a key role in advancing BIM capabilities across complex projects, helping integrate digital workflows with real-world construction and fabrication processes. THE ROLE: Develop and support coordination and delivery across major construction projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows and improve project execution. Support digital fabrication and model-to-production alignment, applying knowledge of tolerances and sequencing. Drive innovation and continuous improvement, including coordination, clash detection, and model validation using tools like Navisworks. THE PERSON: 2-5+ years of experience in BIM, digital construction, or 3D modelling within construction or manufacturing. Strong proficiency in Revit, with additional experience in Navisworks, Rhino/Grasshopper, Inventor, SolidWorks, or CAM tools desirable. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology, or related field with understanding of parametric design and construction processes. Innovative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to drive adoption of new digital workflows. The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
