We’re partnering with a school in Clackamas County, OR to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on providing behavioral support to young learners in an elementary school setting. As a school-based RBT, you will work closely with students, teachers, and supervisors to implement individualized behavior plans and help students achieve their developmental and educational goals. Schedule Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday School Year 2025/2026 Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for assigned students. Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors. Assist in creating a positive and structured learning environment. Support classroom teachers and other staff in behavioral strategies. Communicate with supervisors and parents regarding student progress. Attend training and team meetings as required. Qualifications: Current RBT certification. Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
