$7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! Deer Creek Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 2941 Highway K O'Fallon, Missouri 63368 Work Schedule: open to part-time or full-time, you choose! Office hours: Monday-Thursday office hours are 8am-5pm, huddle at 7:45. Fridays we are 8am-1pm, huddle at 7:45am 1 doctor practice (2nd Doctor joining soon!), utilizing Dentrix! 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses! We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available! Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
