You’ll keep things running smoothly at the front desk, ensure accurate records, and provide thoughtful support that sets the tone for an outstanding care experience.What You’ll DoGreet patients and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.Help patients through the registration process and ensure forms are completed with ease.Keep patient records accurate and up to date, including insurance and billing information.Answer incoming calls and guide patients with helpful, courteous responses.Collect co-pays and outstanding balances in a respectful and timely manner.Maintain a tidy, organized front desk and reception area—creating a space that feels welcoming.Prioritize patient confidentiality and protect privacy at all times.Support the clinical team with general administrative tasks as needed.Send each patient off with a kind farewell and gather any feedback for service improvement.What We’re Looking ForA passion for helping others and making every patient feel seen and supported.Clear, compassionate communication skills—whether in person or over the phone.A calm, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.Attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.A commitment to confidentiality and respect for patient privacy.A positive attitude and a team-first mindset—you’re always ready to lend a hand!Qualifications to ShineHigh school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in customer service (healthcare preferred, but not required!).Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.Comfortable working with computers and standard office equipment.Why TrustCare?When you join TrustCare, you become part of something bigger than a clinic—you join a team dedicated to making healthcare simpler, more accessible, and truly exceptional.
