QA Manager

Leading quality assurance strategy and execution, the remote QA Manager will oversee a team to ensure high-quality digital marketing and technology projects while defining QA standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team for consistent execution across digital marketing and technology workstreams Define and maintain QA standards, processes, and workflows aligned with regulatory requirements Establish quality metrics to assess delivery readiness and overall quality performance Required Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with leadership experience in a digital marketing or technology agency Strong knowledge of QA practices across websites, CMS platforms, and analytics implementations Experience with QA, test management, and defect tracking tools Familiarity with compliance requirements related to digital marketing data Hands-on experience testing email automation platforms
