ABOUT THE AGENCY:
As a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, I built my career on hard work, growth, and community involvement. I opened my agency in November 2024 after spending eight and a half years as a team member for two different agents—experience that shaped my leadership philosophy and commitment to building the right culture.

Our office proudly sponsors the Norcross High School Football team and I volunteer with the Norcross High School 3DE Program, supporting young entrepreneurs in our community.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, Korean or Hindi preferred.
