Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $2,350 per week

Meda Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Job Description & Requirements

• Schedule: 5x8s, Nights, 40 hours/week
• Start: ASAP starts only
• Length: 13 weeks
• EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)

Requirements:

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or sub-acute experience
• Medication administration experience
• Memory care and dementia care knowledge
• Familiarity with MDS assessments
• Ability to assess residents, create care plans, and respond to changes in condition
• Preferred: IV skills, tube feedings, and light wound care
