Production Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the production and shipping/receiving departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Exeter, NH (some training in Lee)

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• General warehousing including shipping/receiving, driving forklifts, using pallet jacks, lifting, packaging, writing reports, and computer work.
• Handling, weighing, pumping, sampling, drumming, and pouring of chemicals while following recipes and safety guidelines.
• Performing maintenance service and repairs, including basic plumbing and machine servicing.
• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse/pilot plant areas and assisting during the quarterly inventory process.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push or pull up to 575 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
