Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title:Registered Nurse - NICU 17 weeks Burlington , VT Shift - 12H Rotating (Day/Night) 08:00 AM - 08:30 PM Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center Comments And Notes: Backfill. Assignment for 17 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance: Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) M7/McClure 7 – NICU: 12H Rotating D/N (mainly nights, days as needed). Floating required, travelers float first – this includes any newborn NICU, mother/baby, newborn rounds, nursery, attending deliveries, pedi/PICU with neonate feeder/grower, or approximate neonate age assignment. Every other weekend required – travelers may be scheduled more than every other weekend if needed. No call. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
