Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that fosters a healthy work-life balance while still enabling team collaboration and support. Our outpatient office setting is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, allowing therapists to engage with clients in a comfortable and safe environment, either virtually or in-person as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms to facilitate remote sessions effectively.

• Assess clients’ needs through thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring that all notes comply with ethical standards and are recorded in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to collaborate with other professionals in the organization and share insights on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
