With their compassionate and innovative services, Origami creates opportunities and transforms lives.Origami Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) compassionate and detail-oriented Residential Care Coordinator to support our clients through thoughtful coordination and communication of care. Working under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse and Residential Manager, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure every resident receives the individualized, holistic care they deserve. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel or crawl, and taste or smell.
