Role : Entry-level Support Teacher at Primrose School of Algonquin - 2300 County Line Road Algonquin, IL 60102

We look at adding the next wonderful FULL-TIME and PART-TIME support teacher to our faculty at Primrose Algonquin location.
- MUST LOVE CHILDREN!
-BE READY TO SUPPORT THE BUILDING IN ANYWAY NEEDED
- No nights, No weekends, No Holidays. Teacher Qualified is preferred but not necessary.  College students in the Early Childhood program are encouraged to apply and indicate this on resume.
-Minimum of high school diploma.

Shift Schedule:
-8:30am-5:30pm (full-time hours);
-3pm-5:30pm (part-time hours)

Responsibilities 

• Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

Qualifications 

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
