We're seeking a Director of Human Resources in Atlanta, GA to lead strategic people operations and workforce planning for a large-scale mechanical construction firm.
- Drives business growth by aligning human resources strategy with long-term operational goals.
- Strengthens leadership capability across the organization through targeted coaching and development.
- Improves organizational efficiency by designing scalable team structures and roles.
- Protects the company by ensuring full compliance with all labor laws and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders to define and execute talent strategies that support business expansion.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to provide excellent service to field and office staff.
- Design organizational structures that clarify roles and improve reporting layers for a complex workforce.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and career path programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and provide conflict resolution guidance.
- Implement company-wide initiatives regarding engagement, retention, and team culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to maintain consistent HR standards across all divisions. Compensation and Logistics
