Kelly® is seeking Assemblers/Mechanical Assemblers to work at a premier construction equipment manufacturer in Shippensburg, PA .
State-of-the-art facility with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Temp-to-Hire opportunity with good performance and good attendance

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18 per hour
5:45am to 3:45pm- Mon-Friday, OT as needed

Daily tasks to be performed:  
Performing diversified assembly operations to assemble various sizes and models of construction equipment, reporting to the Manager and receiving daily assignments from the Team Leader.
Interpreting complex drawings, work instructions, and specifications to plan assembly operations, ensuring conformity to specifications.
Conducting running and performance tests, diagnosing malfunctions, and inspecting for damage or distortion after testing.

Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.
Are able to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
