Assistant Nurse Manager – Critical Care (Full Time) An Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse who reports to the unit director/manager and manages clinical and operational activities during assigned shifts. The ANM supports planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services and provides managerial presence for all shifts. Responsibilities The ANM is responsible for: Managing clinical and non‑clinical caregivers Providing input to the unit director/manager for performance evaluations Ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements Implementing and monitoring compliance to policies, processes, and clinical priorities Coaching, mentoring, and collaborating to deliver quality health care to patients Required Qualifications Graduated from a School of Nursing (BS or BSN). RN employment prior to Nov 1 2024 are encouraged to pursue BSN; completion not required.
