Growing together.Schedule: 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5pmLocation: 1110 E Pleasant Run Rd, DeSoto, TX 75115Primary Responsibilities:Assist patient intake processes including copying required documentsCollects co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles and issues receiptsProcesses walk-in patients and visitorsAnswers phones and schedules appointmentsSends messages appropriatelyManages medical records (maintain, files/scans, prepares for schedule)Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in a timely mannerProcesses requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs, etcPerforms all other related duties as assigned by Manager or Clinic AdministratorSubmitting and Processing ReferralsSubmitting Prior AuthorizationsSpecial projects by Clinic AdministratorWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
