The role requires monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal health. You will be responsible for providing support to families during the labor process. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe deliveries. Maintaining an accurate record of patient care is essential. An understanding of labor and delivery protocols is crucial for this position. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with patients and their families. You should be prepared to respond to any emergency situations that may arise.
