Data Engineer (Python/PySpark/AWS)







Location: Plano, TX







Candidate Preference: Local candidates preferred; relocation candidates will also be considered.





Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and Big Data technologies for data engineering.
  • Practical experience with AWS , specifically:
    • S3
    • EMR
    • Lambda
  • Working knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Java
    • REST APIs
    • MQ Messaging
    • Kafka
    • Cassandra
  • Experience with scheduling and orchestration tools:
    • Airflow
    • Control-M
    • Native schedulers

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Databricks (Workspaces, Notebooks, Jobs).
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning models , including:
    • Training workflows
    • Inference workflows
    • Model lifecycle management
