Hybrid Valuation Associate Hybrid role based out of the local office. Responsibilities Apply organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information. Perform analyses of various property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.). Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates to support appraisals and consulting projects for diverse purposes. Qualifications Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing toward a certified general license. Eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate and knowledge from an undergraduate / graduate degree. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ideally 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate. Salary Pay is 100% commission, typically a 35‑50% commission split based on production levels. Compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits Employer‑subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision.
