Responsibilities Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Degree in Human Resources related field strongly preferred. RN preferred, BSN a plus. 0-5 years (minimum of 5 years if not degree). If no BSN, requires two (2) years HR experience. Nurse recruitment experience strongly preferred. Current Human Resources or Recruiter certification strongly preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHCR, CHHR) Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a wide variety of applicants and customers. Able to work independently and as a team. Make solid recruitment recommendations to management based on relevant, timely information. Self motivated and handles sensitive and confidential information discreetly. Computer proficiency includes Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Strong understanding of applicable recruitment skills, Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as Federal and state laws applicable to designated geographic recruitment area.
